Jamshedpur, July 1: Police here lodged an FIR against three persons after recovering a gun from Muslim Basti in Golmuri Thursday last. The accused persons, Rehan Ali, Furkan Ali and Imran Ali, had allegedly assaulted their neighbour, Mohammad Wasim, while brandishing a gun. Furkan had also allegedly opened fired on a companion of Wasim, but failed as the pistol was locked. In the struggle that ensued the pistol fell on the ground and was later handed over to police by Wasim, sources said.
