Jamshedpur : The Senior Superintendent of Police of East Singhbhum, Dr. M. Tamil Vannan, transferred 260 sub-inspectors and assistant under-inspectors. It also includes Assistant Under Inspector posted in city patrolling. Sub Inspectors have been sent from one police station to another. In the transfer list, those who have been working in the police stations of rural areas for long time and those working in urban areas have been posted in police stations of rural areas.
The SSP has transferred a number of office-bearers for the first time in an eight-month term. The list of transfers includes the names of 10 sub-inspectors and 250 assistant under-inspectors. 24 Assistant Under Inspectors have been sent to traffic police stations.
Women Assistant Under Inspectors have also been posted in Urban Police Station. Last week the SSP transferred the drivers of the police station.
