Jamshedpur: Son assault father for property

Jamshedpur, May 4: Family members have become enemies of each other showcasing even blood relationship does not matter much before property at an incident on Birsanagar Zone 10.

A similar case has come to the fore from Birsanagar Zone No. 10 Yadav Complex of Sidgora police station area. Here only one son wants to usurp the entire land and property of his father. On protesting, he fights with his father and his younger brother. Elder son Anil Kumar Rai told his brother-in-law Sujit Kumar Rai to kill his father and throw him in the drain.

Victim Rampunit Rai had reached the SSP office on Thursday regarding the matter and told them that the elder son wants to capture the complex itself. He has also made fake documents of the house. The dispute is going on with the elder son for three years.

Rampuneet Rai told that on May 2, the SDO had reached for the investigation of the matter related to the land. The SDO made the family sit and gave the verdict according to his own opinion. After this, as soon as the SDO left, Anil along with his brother-in-law Sujit assaulted father Ram Punit Rai.

Anil had also assaulted his father in January 2022. After this the matter had reached the Sidgora police station as well, but the police did not register the case. On the contrary, the father was kept sitting at the police station for 9 hours. At last, Ram Punit Rai reached DSP Virendra Ram, then he was heard in the police station and the case was also registered.
