Jamshedpur Sikh leaders meet CM, seek aid for injured youths

Jamshedpur: A delegation of Sikh leaders met Chief Minister Raghubar Das at his residence in Agrico on Tuesday evening and requested government aid for the proper treatment of two youths injured in a recent clash in Sakchi.

The delegation leaders said the injured youths, Charanjeet Singh Sunny and Narendra Pal Singh Lucky, were assaulted by anti-social elements in a group clash. They said they were satisfied with the action taken by the district police. Four accused have been sent to jail in this case.

The Sikh leaders said the two victims were taken to Tata Main Hospital where they were admitted to ICU. They said speedy trial should be conducted in this case.
Those who met the CM included Satvir Singh Somu, Chanchal Singh Bhatia, Bhimanjeet Singh, Kulvinder Singh Pannu, Gurucharan Singh, Tarsem Singh, Jaspal Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Surjeet Singh and Amarjeet Singh.
