Jamshedpur: Sign language aid for differently-abled kids

Jamshedpur, Oct 26: District Education Officer (DEO) of East Singhbhum Nirmala Kumari Barelia has directed all special schools for the visually and audibly challenged persons to prepare a list of their students within a week. Central Institute of Educational Technology and National Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT) will be providing video and audio books on Indian sign language for such differently-abled persons. NCERT would share the experience of teachers, special teachers, parents and children through a questionnaire to make further improvements in teaching methodology.
