Jamshedpur Shardamoni School opens after three days, teachers panicked 

Jamshedpur, October 18: Sakchi based Shardamani Girls High School opened on Tuesday, three days after the incident on Friday. The board examination of 9th and 11th girl students is going on in the school. Other classes have been postponed. At the same time, Paramita Chakraborty has been appointed as the in-charge headmaster of the school by the school management committee. The teachers and staff of the school are in panic due to non-deployment of police force in the school.

The school management said that in view of the security of the teachers and staff, the district administration had demanded the deployment of police force in the school, but the police force has not been deployed by the district administration. According to the school management, the employees and their families live in the school campus. The way stones were pelted on the school by the mob. Due to this the school staff and their family members are in panic.

Significantly, on October 14, during the science examination at Shardamani Girls High School, a class 9 student was caught copying. After this the school teacher had his clothes stripped to check the chit. As soon as she reached home, hurt by this, she tried to commit suicide by pouring kerosene on her. Presently he is undergoing treatment at TMH. Angered by this incident, people reached the school and created ruckus and stone pelting.
