Jamshedpur: Shantinagar, Shaktinagar to get Tata Steel UISL power

Jamshedpur, Feb 20: Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy Monday said the residents of Shantinagar and Shaktinagar localities in Baridih would get electricity supply from Tata Steel UISL. He said he would place a proposal to this effect before a state government committee made for the purpose of providing power supply to the residents of Tata lease area and adjoining bastis. “The committee is working well. I assure the residents of Shantinagar and Shaktinagar that they would soon get power supply from Tata Steel UISL,” said Roy who visited the localities and was felicitated by the local residents.
