Jamshedpur, July 2: The Mango Unit of the Sikh Naujawan Sabha will be organizing a seminar on Sunday, July 9, to pay homage to the martyrdom of Baba Banda Singh, a revered warrior in Sikh history. Harvinder Singh Jamshedpuri, General Secretary of the Youth Sikh Campaigner Co-Mango Sikh Naujawan Sabha, and Chief Sevadar Jagdeep Singh of Naujawan Sabha provided detailed information about the event.
The seminar, to be held at Gurdwara Singh Sabha in Mango, aims to highlight the biography of the great Sikh warrior, Baba Banda Singh Bahadur. Additionally, various significant events in Sikhism will be shared with the children during the seminar. As part of the Khalsa Fateh March that commenced from Tinplate Gurdwara Sahib, question papers were distributed among the Sangat, and the winners will be honored during the seminar.
Prominent Sikh preachers of Jamshedpur, including Giani Gurpratap Singh, Jaswant Singh Jasso, Sukhwant Singh Sukhu, and others, will participate in the seminar to enlighten the Sangat about the martyrs of Sikh history. Religious plays will also be presented, captivating the audience during the seminar.
Harvinder Singh Jamshedpuri urged the Sangat of Jamshedpur to bring their children to the seminar, enabling them to gain awareness and knowledge about the glorious history of the Sikhs. The seminar serves as an opportunity to instill a sense of pride and understanding of Sikhism among the younger generation.
