Jamshedpur: Second randomization of EVMs ensures transparency ahead of Lok Sabha Elections

Jamshedpur: In a significant step towards ensuring fair and transparent Lok Sabha elections, the second randomization of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) was successfully completed, with representatives from various political parties, observers, and election officials in attendance. The process, conducted at the Collectorate Auditorium, aimed to eliminate any doubts regarding the integrity of the electoral process

Presence of Dignitaries: The event witnessed the presence of General Observer  Killu Shiv Kumar Naidu, District Election Officer  Ananya Mittal, candidates, and election agents appointed by the Election Commission. Their participation underscored the importance of transparency in the electoral process.

Transparent Randomization: The randomization process was meticulously carried out, with polling station-wise allocation of EVMs for each assembly constituency. Candidates and election agents actively participated in the re-randomization process, ensuring transparency and accountability.

 Compliance with Election Commission Instructions: District Election Officer  Ananya Mittal reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to following Election Commission guidelines. The randomization process aimed to instill confidence in candidates and ensure the smooth conduct of elections.

Satisfaction Among Stakeholders: General observers, candidates, and election agents expressed satisfaction with the randomization process, acknowledging the efforts of the district administration to uphold electoral integrity.

Presence of Officials: Several officials from various departments were present to oversee the randomization process, including: Deputy Development Commissioner  Manish Kumar, Additional District Magistrate Administration Dr. Archana Dwivedi, Assistant District Election Officer Alok Kumar Sharma.

Their collective presence further ensured the integrity and transparency of the randomization process.

The successful completion of the second randomization of EVMs reflects the commitment of election authorities to uphold the democratic principles of fairness and transparency.
