Jamshedpur, April 28: In a late-night operation, SDO Parul Singh and City SP Mukesh Lunayat led a raid at Ghaghidih Central Jail in Jamshedpur. The raid, which lasted from 11:00 pm to 12:30 am, aimed to assess the conditions within the facility, particularly in light of the upcoming elections.
A significant deployment of police personnel was witnessed as every ward of the jail underwent thorough scrutiny. From bathrooms to kitchens, all areas were meticulously searched, with a focus on locating damaged mobile phones and related items such as SIM cards and chargers.
