Jamshedpur scrap trader shot at for refusing extortion money

Jamshedpur, Apr 5: Scrap trader Moti Chandra Gupta (58) a resident of Gwala Basti in Sonari was shot at by two miscreants at Mangal Colony along Dimna Basti under Ulidih thana in Mango on refusal to pay extortion money on Monday. 
The bullets were stuck in the left legs of the victim and police reached the spot and rushed victim to MGM Hospital in Sakchi. 

The victim identified in his complaint with the police as one of the shooter as Akash, also a resident of Mangal Colony for firing at him for refusing to pay extortion
The victim also said that he had a plastic godown in Mangal Colony and that the accused has been threatening him for last few days to pay extortion or face dire consequences and that on Monday at around 3.30 pm Akash reached his godown with another youth and sought extortion and when he refused the accused fired two rounds at him and fled away.
