Jamshedpur, Jan. 27: Jamshedpur School of Art (JSA) inaugurated a Street Exhibition at Kadma-Sonari Link Road on Friday. The exhibition will be displayed from January 27 -29, 2017. Sunil Bhaskaran, Vice President, Corporate Services, Tata Steel graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
The objective of organizing such exhibition is to create awareness amongst people towards art & culture. All paintings, about 50 in number, exhibited are prepared by the Diploma Students of JSA. The main attraction of the exhibition is that all paintings have been displayed in poles on the Street which can be witnessed by the general public. Each painting are electrified beautifully which will look attractive at night.
It is well known that Jamshedpur School of Art in an oldest institution in the Steel city established in 1946. Since then, it is imparting education in fine art & sculpture in a successful manner. The School has also initiated courses of cultural activities like Dance, Music, Casio, Guitar & Tabla etc.
The School has produced so many artists who are expert in fine art, sculpture & Mural, whose jobs are well appreciated not only in Steel City, but everywhere in the country.
The exhibition will open from 27th January evening to 29th January from 9.00 AM to 9.00 PM daily. All paintings displayed in the exhibition can also be purchased at a reasonable cost.
