Jamshedpur, Feb 26: Jharkhand, including the Kolhan region, experienced cold weather for three consecutive days, accompanied by strong winds. On Monday, amidst sunshine and shade, Jamshedpur recorded the highest maximum temperature. Jamshedpur registered a maximum temperature of 30.7 degrees Celsius, while Ranchi recorded 28.4 degrees Celsius, and West Singhbhum recorded 29.5 degrees Celsius. Additionally, Jamshedpur reported the highest minimum temperature during this period.
The weather forecast for Tuesday includes the prediction of rain in some districts. Moreover, it is anticipated that over the next two days, the minimum temperature will gradually increase by 2 to 3 degrees.
Rainfall with strong winds is expected in the following districts on Tuesday: Palamu, Chatra, Latehar, Lohardaga, Ranchi, Bokaro, Gumla, Hazaribagh, Khunti, Ramgarh, East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, Simdega, and Seraikela. These areas are likely to experience light to moderate rainfall with thunder, accompanied by wind speeds ranging from 30 to 40 kilometers per hour. The weather is expected to be partly cloudy on Wednesday, followed by clear and dry conditions from February 29 onward.
