Jamshedpur, May 3: BJP workers celebrated the birthday of BJP national vice president cum former Chief Minister of the state Raghubar Das with enthusiasm.
Party workers thronged to congratulate at the residential office at Agrico. Former CM Raghubar Das started the day by offering prayers at Sidgoda Sun Temple and wished for the happiness, prosperity and welfare of the residents of Jamshedpur including Jharkhand.
At the same time, on the call of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his birthday, he took a pledge to conserve and promote it by planting saplings.
BJP workers celebrated the birthday of the former chief minister by cutting an attractive cake at the residential office at Agrico. The members wished good health and long life of former CM Raghuvar Das by presenting bouquets, plants, books and clothes.
They also shared the birthday wishes of the former CM by distributing laddoos among the common people. The birthday was celebrated on social media as well, thousands of supporters expressed birthday wishes and greetings while sharing photos with their popular leader.
Former Chief Minister Raghubar Das expressed his gratitude to the BJP workers and various social organizations who wished him on his birthday through social media, phone calls and personal meeting.
