Jamshedpur, Feb 19: Kadma police pasted a proclamation at the residence of one Abdul Rahim, an absconder in a case of breach of trust lodged against him, on Sunday. The accused is a resident of Albela Garden in Kapali (Seraikela-Kharsawan). Cops said they would soon be initiating attachment proceedings against the accused on the expiration of the time given to the accused to appear before the court.
