Jamshedpur, Dec 3: Hill Top School organised 40th Annual Athletic Meet at Sumant Moolgaokar Stadium in Telco on Saturday, December 3. Chief Guest for the occasion was Manas Mishra, Head, Product Line (M& HCV), Tata Motors.
Several sporting events were held during the day long meet.
The theme of the meet was ‘The body achieves what the mind believes’.
The flag was hoisted by Class 12 Councilors Swapnil Kumar & Mondrita Chatterjee.
The oath was administered by school President Arman.
Classes 5, 6 and 7 presented a sprightly aerobics drill display.
Students of Classes 3 and 4 presented peace inducing, meditative and health oriented yoga drill.
Akbar House won the award for March Past and Best House award was bagged by Nehru House.
Best Athletes (Boys and Girls) were also awarded for their brilliant performance.
In boys category Aman Kumar, Naseeb Tudu and Diwakar Prasad of Nehru House won first prize while Avinav Sunani of Akbar House also bagged top position.
In the girls category Sukriti Kumari of Ashoka House, Afreen Hussain and Amisha Kumari of Akbar House and Guranshika of Nehru House were crowned winners.
