Jamshedpur: Murder accused wife knocks DIG door for justice 

Jamshedpur, April 6: Divyang Shabana Parveen, a resident of Kapali in Seraikela, is begging for justice for her two young children.

Shabana Parveen says that the police have sent her husband Sarfaraz Alam alias Bacha Raja to jail regarding Azadnagar police station’s case number-4/2023, while Raja Ganjawala is one of the accused in the FIR of that case. She says that her husband’s name is not Raja Ganjawala.

Verification can be done on the basis of suitable documents. She claimed that she is disabled and is wandering for justice with two small children.

She along with her family met Kolhan DIG Ajay Linda and pleaded for justice. The DIG has given assurance of investigation. When asked about this from the DIG, he said that the matter has come to his notice and Jamshedpur SSP will look into the matter. After this, the victim is hopeful of justice.

Incidentally, on the night of January 12, 2023, some boys including Saddab, Rinku, near Azadnagar Kuli Road Coal Taal in Jamshedpur had beaten Mohammad Shabbir and shot and injured him. He died during treatment at TMH. In the FIR registered in this case, eight people were made accused, in which the name of Raja Ganjawala is at eighth number.

The police had arrested five accused in this case and sent them to jail, after which a large number of family members created ruckus outside the SSP office and accused the police that those whose names were not mentioned in the FIR were arrested.

The wife claims that her husband Sarfaraz does not have any criminal history. He used to work as a driver to somehow manage the family. She is wandering for justice with both the children of two and a half years and nine months.
