Jamshedpur: Municipal Corporation lights bonfires to combat cold

Jamshedpur, Dec 11: With the cold weather intensifying, the Mango Municipal Corporation has taken steps to ensure the comfort of residents by lighting bonfires at major intersections in the city. Bonfires are being lit daily at Mango Chowk, Dimna Chowk, and Par D H Chowk to help passersby stay warm.

An official from the Mango Municipal Corporation stated, “To avoid any untoward incidents due to the increasing cold, we have arranged for bonfires at the squares and intersections. These bonfires will help people protect themselves from the chill.” The initiative aims to provide immediate relief to citizens, especially during the cold winter months.
