Jamshedpur, June 18: Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy informed that a meeting was held for revival of closed Incab Industries at the chamber of chief secretary Jharkhand, Sukhdev Singh which was attended by officials of registration, revenue and land reform department, industry secretary and Jamshedpur East MLA under whose assembly constituency is the industry located.Â
It was decided that the industry director would collate all information on Incab Industry and submit a proposal on how can the state government intervene in the matter which is pending in NCLT Calcutta.
The MLA claimed that there are two options on the company, to allow the company to be auctioned or initiatives to revive the company and the state government would seek legal opinions on what can be done by the government for revival of the company.
The MLA also asked the chief secretary to take action on the FIR lodged by company employees on stolen of plant’s machinery at Golmuri thana.
The MLA claimed that industry secretary Puja Singhal said that government is bringing new industry promotion policy and the revival of the company can be looked into as part of this policy.
