Jamshedpur MLA Purnima Sahu pushes for faster civic work at meeting with Tata Steel UISL

Jamshedpur, July 6: Jamshedpur East MLA Purnima Sahu on Monday held a high-level meeting with senior officials of Tata Steel UISL, including Managing Director Atul Bhatnagar, to expedite long-pending civic projects in her constituency.
During the meeting, Sahu expressed concern over the slow pace of new water and electricity connections and urged the company to fast-track pending works. She also sought priority completion of road repairs, drainage, street lighting, sanitation, park renovation and maintenance, and construction of speed breakers.
BJP mandal presidents from the constituency submitted memoranda highlighting local civic issues. The Tata Steel UISL management assured that the concerns would be addressed and directed officials to take necessary action.
Speaking to the media after the meeting, Sahu said several development and public utility works in Jamshedpur East remain pending despite earlier discussions with the company. She asserted that she would closely monitor the implementation of projects to ensure timely and quality delivery of essential civic amenities for residents.
