Jamshedpur, Aug 25: An inspiring example of public service has emerged through the efforts of Jamshedpur East MLA Purnima Sahu, who helped two differently-abled residents of Burmamines’ Manifit area receive advanced battery-operated tricycles.
The beneficiaries had earlier submitted applications to the MLA seeking assistance. Understanding their plight, Sahu ensured prompt action at the departmental level, making the facility available without delay. On Monday, her representative, Gunjan Yadav, personally handed over the tricycles with respect and conveyed the MLA’s best wishes for their self-reliant future.
“Madam Purnima Sahu acted swiftly on our request and gave us this support, which will make our daily life much easier. We are truly grateful to her,” said the beneficiaries while expressing their gratitude.
The handover event was also attended by BJP Burmamines Mandal President Suraj Singh, Chotu Pandey, and other party workers. The initiative reflects the MLA’s ongoing commitment to social welfare and empowerment.
