Jamshedpur man gets life term for killing wife

Seraikela, Feb 28: The court of Principal District and Sessions Judge of Chaibasa Court here on Tuesday sentenced one Vikram Gundua to life imprisonment for killing his wife. It also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 on him. The case dates back to 11^th August 2020 when Vikram Gundua was booked for killing his wife Phulkumari Gundua in Rengarbera village under Goelkera police station area. On the night of 10^th August 2020, Vikram had a fight with his wife on the issue of working in Tamil Nadu. Enraged over the issue, Vikram allegedly strangulated Phulkumari to death. He was later arrested.
