Jamshedpur, June 30: One Shivay Tudu, 7, was injured after being allegedly assaulted by his father Lokhand Tudu in Harda village of Dumaria on Thursday. He was taken to MGM Hospital. He reportedly sustained fracture in one hand and head injury in the incident.
The minor’s mother Paro Tudu said her husband had married another woman of the village and brought her home yesterday. “When I objected to my husband’s second marriage, he got enraged and assaulted my son with canes and axe,” she said.
