Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur Mahanagar BJP leaders here on Monday huddled to discuss various aspects of booth management ahead of the 2019 elections. Presiding over the meeting, the district in-charge of BJP Satyendra Kumar addressed party leaders on various topics pertaining to formation of various booth level committees before elections.
Addressing the meeting, Kumar said all party officials, members and workers should install nameplates with their designations at the entrance of their homes. All party workers should install BJP�s flag on the top of their houses, he said.
Kumar further said very soon a seven member committee would be formed in all Assembly constituencies of East Singhbhum. These committees would include the MP of Jamshedpur and the respective MLAs of each constituency as the honorary members besides including prominent party leaders of the area, he said.
The BJP leader said slackness will not be tolerated on the part of any party worker. He said only active and energetic party workers would be given chance to perform for the organization. He said a meeting of all Mandal unit presidents would be held at RIMS auditorium in Ranchi on 14th March. A meeting of all district BJP presidents would be held at the state BJP headquarters on the next day, he said.
Among others present at the meeting included Rambabu Tiwary, Manoj Singh, Mithilesh Singh Yadav, Khemlal Choudhary, Sandeep Mishra, Bari Murmu, Deepak Parikh, Vimal Kant Jha, Neeru Singh, Bimal Baitha and Arun Kumar Mishra.
