Jamshedpur, Jan 18: XLRI Jamshedpur announced the result of Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2022 late on Monday (January 17) night. The exam was conducted on Sunday, January 2, 2022. According to reports, Jugsalai resident Saket Ringasia scored 99.68 percentile to bag the top spot in Jamshedpur. Kaustav Brahma with 99.16 percentile secured second place followed by Rahul Tiwary (98.89 percentile).
Saket Ringasia is a student of TIME Institute, Sakchi. Saket’s father Anil Ringasia is a chartered accountant and mother Sudha Agarwal is a homemaker.
However, the toppers list has not been released by XLRI nor have they issued an official statement in this regard.
Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2022 was conducted on January 2 in 73 cities across the country. 76 thousand students had registered themselves for the examination of which 66 thousand appeared.
The selected students will get admission to various business schools across the country apart from XLRI. Successful candidates will get admission in various courses available in XLRI- PGDM (BM), PGDM (HRM), Ex-PGDM (General), FPM on the basis of XAT score.
In Jamshedpur, the XAT exam was held at Ion Digital, Al Kabir Polytechnic College, and DBMS Career Academy examination centers.
Top 360 students will get admission in PGDM (BM), PGDM (HRM), Ex-PGDM (General), and FPM courses in XLRI.
Now after the announcement of the XAT result, the XAT participating institutes will soon release their cutoff on their respective websites. The shortlisting of students for Personal Interview (PI), Group Discussion (GD), and Written Ability Test (WAT) will start soon.
