Jamshedpur, Nov 27: As cold wave conditions have gripped the Steel City and other parts of Jharkhand, Jubilee Park is abuzz with activity. People from different parts of the city make a beeline for the park. Tea and snack stalls around the venue are doing good business as people thronged Jubilee Park in large numbers during the weekend.
Night temperatures have dropped by up to six degrees Celsius below normal, weather officials said. Picnickers are thronging this popular destination within the city. Those willing to travel are heading for the Dimna Lake and other picnic spots around the city.
