Jamshedpur, Jan 3: Jharkhand Governor Ramesh Bais will be arriving in the city tomorrow to attend the two day national convocation going to be held at Karim City College, Sakchi. This was informed by Dr Neha Tiwary, Head, Department of Mass Communication and Journalism. She said the event will start at noon. The special guest of the programme would be Raul Kumar Purwar, Secretary, Higher and Technical Education Department, Jharkhand. The topic of the seminar is ‘Agriculture and Its Role and Share in Rural and Economic Development’. The seminar is being held by the Commerce Department of the college in collaboration with the Regional Office of NABARD.
