Jamshedpur, Jan 2: A love story nurtured through five years of romance led to marriage. The lovers, Twinkle and Abhimanyu hailing from different castes eloped to Odisha and registered their marriage in a court there but on returning to Jamshedpur, they headed straight to the East Singhbhum SSP’s office seeking police protection from their respective families who are adamantly against the inter caste marriage. Twinkle is a resident of Sakchi Slag road while Abhimanyu runs a mobile repair shop. He said, “Our families are hell bent on separating us. That is why we have come to the SSP to seek his help.” Twinkle said she was eager to stay with her husband, Abhimanyu.
