Ghatshila, November 22: Shreyashi Banerjee, 11-year-old granddaughter of Gopal Krishna Banerjee, former employee of HCL/ICC company, not only got selected in the junior category program of Kaun Banega Crorepati late on Tuesday evening, but also sat on the hot seat and answered the questions of megastar Amitabh Bachchan. Giving the correct answer, she reached 15th position in KBC Junior.
Also, she won the prize money of Rs 25 lakh. Shreyashi’s grandfather Gopal Krishna Banerjee told that his granddaughter was bright since childhood and got education from Sant Nandlal Smriti Vidya Mandir of Ghatshila. Presently Shreyasi’s father is working in Jharsuguda, Odisha.
