Jamshedpur girl Shruti, a Loyola School alumnus, bags 25th rank in UPSC Civil Services exam


Jamshedpur, May 30:  Loyola School alumnus, Shruti Rajlakshmi scored big in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Exam 2021 results announced Monday. She secured 25th ranking at the all India level.

Shruti who currently stays in Ranchi, earlier resided in Jamshedpur between 2006 and 2013 during her mother, Preeti’s posting as CDPO in Chandil. Shruti, within that period, emerged the Science (Std 10) Topper from Loyola School in Jamshedpur. She pursued her higher studies and completed her Std XII from DPS RK Puram in New Delhi. She completed her computer science course from BHU IIT in the year 2019. Shruti Rajlakshmi, after completing her engineering worked for a year but never gave up on her pursuit of passing the UPSC examination. She prepared for the exams on her own and her assiduous and dedicated preparations resulted in obtaining the 25th spot in UPSC national ranking. In Jamshedpur she stayed at Moon City in Dimna Road, Mango.

Shruti’s father, Anand Kumar is a lawyer and her mother is currently the District Social Welfare Officer operating from the Project Building in Ranchi.

Sumit Thakur and Vikas Mahto

Sumit Kumar Thakur, a resident of Adityapur in Seraikela-Kharsawan district has been ranked 263rd rank in EWS category while Gamharia resident Vikas Mahto too successfully passed the UPSC Civil Service exams – 2021 with AIR 110. Vikas’ father is CI posted in Mango.

 Delhi’s Shruti Sharma has secured the All India Rank (AIR 1). The UPSC Result 2021 for the Civil Services Examination, CSE was declared today on the official UPSC website – A total of 685 candidates have been recommended by UPSC for the new batch of IAS officers, IFS officers and other posts with the Central Government. Out of these 685 candidates, Shruti managed to top and secure the AIR Rank 1.
