Jamshedpur Girl missing for four days, police register case

Jamshedpur, Feb 24: Sulekha Kumari, a resident of Subhash Colony in Mango Ulidih OP, has been missing since February 21, prompting her family to file a case at the Ulidih police station. According to family members, Sulekha, employed at Jharkhand Wholesaler in Mango Mat Colony, failed to return home from work on February 21.

Suspicions have arisen regarding the involvement of company director Trupti Ranjan Khanda in Sulekha’s disappearance, as alleged by her family. Despite attempts to gather information from Sulekha’s colleagues, no satisfactory answers have been obtained. Family members disclosed that Sulekha reached out via WhatsApp, revealing she had been kidnapped, held captive in an undisclosed location, and subjected to assault.

Following the complaint, police have detained Trupti Ranjan for questioning. Trupti Ranjan refuted the allegations, asserting that the accusations against her were baseless and subject to police investigation.
