Jamshedpur fraudster nabbed from Ranchi

Jamshedpur: Mohammed Ryan, who cheated people of crores of rupees, has been arrested by the Mango police from Ranchi.

Ryan was hiding at his relative’s house in Kathal More of Nagdi police station area of Ranchi. On information, Mango police arrested him with the help of local police and brought him back to Jamshedpur on transit remand on Saturday.

Ryan is accused of cheating Rs 1.50 crore from Mohd Fahad Manjar of Mango Sahara City. Apart from this, hundreds of people have accused Ryan of cheating. On Saturday, the police reached the office of DSP Headquarters- I with Ryan for interrogation.

DSP Headquarters-I  Virendra Ram told that Ryan used to cheat people on the pretext of doubling their money. More than 300 people have been duped by him.

Ryan has cheated these people of Rs 15 to 20 crores. He used to take money from people saying that he would invest the money in the stock exchange and he would return some percentage of the profit to the people.

In the beginning, he also used to give some dividends to the people, so that people got convinced and people started giving huge amount to Ryan.

He also took Rs 1.50 crore from Mohammed Fahad. Before this, in the month of April, people had created ruckus in the police station regarding this. Then Ryan had also talked about returning everyone’s money, but he absconded, after which the police arrested him from Ranchi. At present, the police is preparing to send him to jail.
