Jamshedpur: Four UCIL labour unions to go on strike from Sep 20

Jamshedpur, Sep 2: Uranium Samyukta Sangharsh Morcha here announced to go on strike in all units of Uranium Corporation of India Limited (UCIL) from 20^th September. Four labour unions of the PSU have joined hands for the upcoming agitation.

Members of the four unions, Uranium Kamgar Union, Uranium Mazdoor Sangh, Singhbhum Uranium Mazdoor Sangh and Jadugora Labour Union, convened a meeting at UCIL Hospital Chowk in this regard and unanimously decided to plan agitation. They leaders said their meeting with the company officials held at the office of the Deputy Labour Commissioner had failed.
