Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur Super League saw several one-sided contests and high-scoring performances, highlighted by Telco FC (Blue)’s emphatic 8–1 win over Telco FC (Green) in the Under-15 category and Junior Tiger Telco’s commanding 7–0 victory against Jamshedpur Strikers FC, as the Under-13 and Under-15 matches were completed successfully on Saturday.
In the Under-13 category, Jamshedpur Strikers FC delivered one of the standout performances of the day with a commanding 5–0 win over Armoury Red Davils. Dhatkidih Football Coaching Center also impressed, registering a comfortable 3–0 victory against Loyola Heros. Kishore Sangh Kadma kept their momentum going with a solid 2–0 win over JRD Furnace Yellow, while Tata Power ALIG blanked Tinplate Rainbows 3–0. Another big result saw JRD Furnace Red outclass Tinplate Cobra Crew 5–0. Gyan Ganga Patamda teams enjoyed a productive day as their Blue side beat JRD Furnace Blue 3–0 and the Red team mirrored that scoreline against JRD Furnace Green. Undefeatable FC showed their attacking strength by overcoming Tinplate Tigers 4–1, while Tinplate Lions and Park India registered narrow but valuable wins.
The Under-15 matches saw some high-scoring encounters, with Telco FC (Blue) producing the biggest win of the day, thrashing Telco FC (Green) 8–1. Junior Tiger Telco were equally dominant as they cruised to a 7–0 victory over Jamshedpur Strikers FC. Adityapur Community Center sides also shone, with the Red team defeating S.M Lucky 5–0 and the Blue team overcoming Tinplate Junior Jets 2–0. Dobo FC’s 4–1 win over Dhatkidih JFC Iron and Dhatkidih Lion Heart’s 3–0 result against LPS Loyola further underlined the competitive depth in the age group. The only draw of Match Day 12 came in the clash between KPS School and JFC Turf Kings, which ended goalless after a tightly fought contest.
The Jamshedpur Super League continues to live up to its reputation as a vibrant grassroots football platform, bringing together teams from across the city and neighbouring areas. With multiple age categories in action, the league not only offers young players valuable match exposure but also strengthens the footballing ecosystem through consistent competition, community involvement and structured development.
