Jamshedpur Durga Puja: Peace committee meeting in Sonari police station

Jamshedpur, Sept 19: Addressing a meeting of the peace committee in Sonari police station, ADM (Law and Order) NK Lal told representatives of the Durga puja committees under Sonari police station that the Puja festivities were to be celebrated in the right spirit as stipulated by the state government and the district administration. DSP Headquarter – 2, Kamal Kishore urged all representatives of Sonari Durga Puja committees to ensure peace by implementing government and district administration guidelines including relevant arrangements for devotees, power and water supply and emergency safety measures at their respective pandals. Others who spoke on the occasion included Sonari PS OC Anjani Kumar and Sonari Peace Committee Chairman RK Gujral. Advocate Sudhir Kumar Pappu, Waliuddin and many others were present in the meeting.
