Jamshedpur DTO issues body warrant of 11 defaulter vehicle owners

Jamshedpur, Mar 21: District transport department has on the basis of Bihar and Odisha Public Demand Recovery Act 1914 has issued body warrant against 11 big defaulters vehicle owners for not paying road taxes. 
The body warrant has been issued district transport officer cum auction letter officer, Dinesh Ranjan,, All the defaulters have been asked to be present for the hearing scheduled on April 12. 
The name of the defaulters and the amount due include, Manoj Kumar and Sujit Kumar Singh (Rs 2,267,701), Anil Kumar Singh (4,14,587), Mukesh Kumar Singh (4, 14,587), Shravan Prasad (4,60,302), Ramesh Kumar Pandey (2,01,675), Durgesh Kumar Tiwary ( (2,41,535), Jogendra Prasad Shukla (1,81,902), Ratneshwar Kumar Singh (1,82, 348), Madho Singh (1,68,105), Mukesh Kumar (1,79,632), Manoj Kumar (1,55,582). 
This apart notices has been issued to 3000 tax defaulters vehicle owner to clear their dues before the next date of hearing otherwise body warrant would be issued against them too.
