Jamshedpur District Bar members discuss security issue

Jamshedpur, March 28: District Bar Association Adhoc Committee called an emergency meeting on Tuesday to discuss security issue following the recent incident of firing on one Naveen Singh near court gate number three. 
Members of the Adhoc Committee were present at the meeting. The Bar members discussed about the security of court premises and advocates It was decided that for the safety of the advocates coming to the court premises, vehicle passes would be made for them. This passes will be pasted in the form of stickers on the vehicles of advocates so that other people cannot enter the court premises without security check. 
Ajit Kumar Ambastha, senior functionary of the Adhoc Committee said an incident of firing had taken place outside the court premises on Monday last. However, there was no loss of life or property in this incident. In the incident, the lives of advocates were also put in danger. In view of this, the committee has decided that passes will be pasted on the vehicles of advocates. He appealed to policemen present at gate number 1 and 3 to strictly check the people entering the court premises.  (w-at)
