Jamshedpur: Deputy Development Commissioner Nagendra Paswan inspected the progress of public welfare schemes in Matigoda and Forest Block Gram Panchayat under Musabani block, focusing particularly on housing projects in Sabar Tola under PM Janman (PM-JANMAN). During the visit, he assessed on-ground implementation and directed that incomplete works be finished within the stipulated timelines.
After the inspection, the Deputy Development Commissioner convened a review meeting at Musabani Block Headquarters to evaluate departmental schemes under the aspiring block. Reviewing the Abua Housing Scheme and PM-JANMAN Sabar Housing, he issued strict instructions to complete geo-tagging of plinths, lintels, and pending houses that have remained incomplete for over 60 days despite release of the first, second, and third installments under Abua Housing Scheme.

He further warned that beneficiaries who have not progressed construction up to the plinth level after receiving the first installment will face immediate action. Panchayat Secretaries, Junior Engineers, and Gram Rozgar Sevaks were directed to tag all pending houses and complete the work within one week.
Emphasising transparency and timeliness in execution, the Deputy Development Commissioner urged all officers, employees, and Panchayat representatives to work actively to ensure that the benefits of government schemes reach every eligible citizen. He called upon Mukhiyas, Panchayat Samiti members, and Ward members to extend full cooperation in this mission.
Block Development Officer, Panchayat Secretary, District Coordinator (Housing), District Training Coordinator, Block Programme Officer, Gram Rozgar Sevaks, and other concerned officials were present on the occasion.
