Jamshedpur: The closing ceremony of the JOGGA Interschool Volleyball Championship took place at Volleyball Ground, JRD Tata Sports Complex on Monday. The event was graced by Rajiv Talwar, Chairman of Dayanand Public School, as the chief guest. Vibhuti Adesara, Head, Sports Events and Training Centres, Tata Steel, was the guest of honour. Other notable guests included Vinny Bhagat, Firoz Khan, Hassan Imam Mallick, and RK Mishra.
The championship concluded with K.P.S. Gamharia securing the first position in the Junior Boys category, followed by K.P.S. Burmamines in second place and Ram Krishna Mission English High School in third. In the Senior Boys category, D.B.M.S. Kadma claimed the top spot, with K.P.S. N.M.L and K.P.S. Burmamines finishing second and third, respectively. For Senior Girls, K.P.S. Mango emerged as the winners, while K.P.S. Gamharia and D.B.M.S. Kadma took the second and third places. In the Junior Girls category, Ram Krishna Mission English High School bagged the first position, with K.P.S. Mango and A.I.W.C. finishing second and third.
