Jamshedpur, July 18: A thief was caught red-handed while trying to steal goods from a delivery vehicle near River View Pump House in Sakchi on Monday.
The incident took place in the morning when the accused was trying to lay his hands on goods kept in a delivery vehicle parked near the pump house. Just then few truck drivers and commuters caught him and thrashed him up severely. Later the accused was handed over to police.
