Jamshedpur, Oct 28: Police arrested Chhotte for killing Zahid Khan by bludgeoning his body.
The body of Zahid Khan was found in a ruined house located on Mango Jawaharnagar road number 13B of Jamshedpur.
In this case, while disclosing the police arrested the named accused Sheikh Wasim alias Chhote. While confessing his crime, Chhote told the police that he along with his associates killed Zahid. The reason for Zahid’s murder was land dispute and beatings in the past. In the past, Zahid had beaten him up, for which he killed Zahid only to take revenge. Police has sent him to judicial custody.
On Friday, the family members of the accused named in the same case, Jackie Ajmal alias Sonu, submitted a memorandum to the SSP for a fair investigation into the matter. Sonu’s wife Aamna Khatoon alleged that her husband has no hand in this incident. They have been implicated in the case. He was present at home at the time of the incident. He has demanded the SSP to conduct a fair investigation into the matter.
