Jamshedpur, Aug 22: One Mohammad Dilshad Ali of Gauri Shankar Road, Jugsalai, was robbed of a gold chain and Rs 4600 in cash by a group of 15 people on 20th August last. He had reportedly gone to a gym at Purani Basti Hussaini Line in Jugsalai when the accused persons allegedly assaulted him with a rod before looting his chain and cash.
An FIR has been registered in this connection, police said.
Man assaulted with chopper by neighbour
Jamshedpur, Aug 22: One Abhishek of Kitadih Raju Bagan was seriously injured after being allegedly assaulted by his neighbour Jeetu. He was admitted to Sadar Hospital, Khasmahal. He registered a complaint against the accused in this connection.
Sources said Jeetu allegedly attacked Abhishek with a chopper after the latter accused him of having stolen a cock from his poulty farm. Police said they were verifying the allegations.
