Jamshedpur Court convicts three in kidnapping and murder of girl child, quantum of punishment on June 15

Jamshedpur: In a hearing at the Additional District and Sessions Court 5 of Judge Subhash Kumar, the three accused Rinku Kumar, Kailash Kumar and Moni Mandal were convicted in kidnapping and sexual assault case of a three year old child at Tatanagar railway station. The court will announce�the quantum of punishment on June 15.On 26 July 2019, the three convicts had kidnapped the child from Tatanagar station and took her to Ramadhin area. She was beheaded and murdered. The headless body was recovered from the bushes after the arrest of the accused involved in the murder. A week after the body was found, the baby’s skull was recovered from the road. The police had presented the charge sheet against the accused after 50 days in the record time
