Jamshedpur, April 21: A delegation of students of Jamshedpur Cooperative Law College handed over a memorandum addressed to the Examination Controller of Kolhan University to the college Principal Jitendra Kumar on Thursday demanding immediate exams of third semester. They alleged that the university had delayed the exam without any rhyme or reason. They said the syllabus of the semester had been covered and now they were ready to take the exams. They said they should have been promoted to semester 5 by now.
