Jamshedpur Ashish Dey murder case: Statement of accused recorded

Jamshedpur, May 9: Vikram Sharma, an accused in Ashish Dey murder case, Monday said he had no knowledge of the crime attributed to him. He denied all allegations in his statement under Section 313 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

The next hearing in the case would be held on 25th May. Vikram Sharma and Akhilesh Singh are being tried in this case. Amlesh Singh and Pappu Don have been convicted earlier. Vikram Sharma is out on bail while Akhilesh Singh is currently lodged in Dumka Central Jail.

Ashish Dey, co-proprietor of Sreeleathers, was shot dead in Aam Bagan, Sakchi, on 2nd November 2007.
