Jamshedpur: City-based artist Suman Prasad Sonkar was honoured at a national mass wedding ceremony organized in Indore by Khatik Sangh. She was conferred Khatik Gaurav Samman. She presented live painting at the programme. Within few minutes, she made an impressive painting.
Suman said she was feeling happy on getting the recognition. She said she would continue her work through such motivations. She said she was overcome with emotions after being felicitated by the Khatik community.
National general secretary of Akhil Bharatiya Khatik Samaj, Rajesh Sonkar said the community members were proud of Suman and her achievements.
Suman was accompanied by Preeti Sonkar, a guest faculty at Jamshedpur Women�s College. Thousands of members of Khatik community were present during the programme.
