Jamshedpur, April 10: Voluntary blood donors association (VBDA), Jharkhand organized 2-day certificate course on motivators� development at JH Tarapore School. The main aim of the program is to make blood donation a mass movement and involve young cadres. The association launched two-day certificate course at School level. J H Tarapore is the first School to initiate this programme.
The Course aims at making the students aware of Blood Donation and its necessity, inculcating leadership qualities and encouraging them to motivate others and finally involving them with the Blood Donation activities to make it a Mass Movement. Students of class 11 and 13 participated in the event.
Dr. Amit Mukherjee talked to the students on Moral Values and Leadership Quality. Sunil Mukherjee apprised them with motivation technique while Pradip Ghosal also shared knowledge with the students on Blood and its related subjects. The program was inaugurated by Ms. Nandini Ramamurthy.
The dignitaries present at the Inaugural Ceremony were Ms. Lata Sharat, Principal of the School, Dr. Amit Mukherjee, Vice Chairman, VBDA, Sunil Mukherjee, President, VBDA, Sanjay Choudhury, Jamshedpur Blood Bank, Pradip Ghosal and Binoy Sarkar of VBDA. Day 2 of the program will see Technical Session, in which Blood Banking system etc. will be discussed and Group discussion will be held.
