Jamshedpur, Nov. 21: J.H. Tarapore School (JHTS) celebrated the annual youth festival ‘Yuva� with great zeal and enthusiasm in their school campus on Saturday.
The aim of this intra-school competition was to showcase the talent of high school students, thereby helping them to develop creativity, confidence, inquisitiveness and competence among the students.
The events included treasure hunt, doodling, Sudoku, puzzle solving, mask making, umbrella painting, photography, shimmering ikebana, dance, song, designing cover page for JHTS magazine, rhyme time, face painting, nail painting, rangoli decorated with light, desserts salad decoration and a fashion show. Teachers’ participation added more fun to the events.
Fashion show was themed on ‘Rainbow’, ‘Seasons’ and ‘Blooms’ was an important part of the closing ceremony. The judges of the fashion show were marveled at ease and perfection that the students put up in the show. The students were judged on various measures and it varied from event to event. The proud winners of the various events were felicitated in the concluding prize distribution ceremony.
