Gamharia, Nov. 21: Panchayat nominees who won uncontested in the second phase of the ongoing rural polls in Gamharia block were awarded their winning certificates on Saturday.
The Electoral Officer-cum-Block Development Officer Shubra Devi gave the certificates. As nabt as 126 ward members in 21 block panchayats have been elected unopposed.
