Jamshedpur: Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur organized breastfeeding awareness talk on day 2 of the ongoing World Breastfeeding Week at Sonari Community Centre in Sonari on Thursday.
Varsha Gandhi informed about the importance of breastfeeding. The talk emphasised on how healthy it is to feed the child and mother’s milk is the best food for the new born.
The benefits of breast feeding to the mother were explained in a very simple language.
Members of the club present were President Shweta Chand, CGR Pasam Adesera, IPP Alakananda Bakshi, PP Nalini Rammurthy, Treasurer Manju Singh, Pramila Goyal, Rekha Jaiswal, Renu Jaiswal, Radhika, Ranjeeta Sinha, Deepa Gandhi and Navita.
